TRAINING PLAN
The HERTS 10K organisers have teamed up with Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing St Albans to provide runners with a 10k 6 week training programme. Runners will be able to use the Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing facilities in St Albans for just £25 for 6 weeks saving £91.The £25 will go direct to Grove House Hospice to support their work in the local community.

Terms and conditions:
The offer is limited to the first 200 applicants. £25 must be paid via cheque or cash to Nuffield Health St Albans on your first visit. 6 weeks training programme starts on 1st Sept 2010 and runs until 10th October 2010.
