Why the HERTS 10K was created

The HERTS 10K is now the charity’s flagship fundraising event with 1000's of runners coming back year after year in support of their local hospice.

To date the HERTS 10K has raised over £600,000 for the hospice.

In October 2010 Lawrence Levy of Levy Associates was awarded the St Albans and District Chamber of Commerce Presidents Award for his tireless efforts in making the HERTS 10K the single largest fundraising event for Grove House Hospice.

In 2010 the HERTS 10K was shortlisted in the Charity Times Awards and the Hertfordshire Business Awards.

Corporate responsibility is a priority for Levy Associates. In 2006 Lawrence Levy, Managing Director of Levy Associates created a 10K run which would go on to become one of Hertfordshire's finest runs. The company remains the Founder and Main Sponsor of the race with all staff members either volunteering or running in the race.
